Dropping The Silver Investigation?

In the thinnest days of the summer – with the Olympics going on, no less – it looks like nothing short of a scheme to knock silver down occurred when a ridiculous article was published SUNDAY in the Financial Times that the CFTC was dropping its silver investigation.

I have long maintained there’s not a CHANCE IN HELL the CFTC will EVER do anything to stop the silver manipulation, as THEY ARE THE GOVERNMENT! That said, the article was quickly refuted by none other than Bart Chilton, who continues to maintain the investigation will be wrapped up this year – likely by October – but I’ll believe it when I see it.

The fundamentals for PMs are stronger than at any time in the 12-year bull market, as we head into the seasonally strongest PHYSICAL buying period of the year.
